The research work was carried out in the district, province and department of Huánuco, the purpose being to identify the factors that influence the de facto separation of civil marriage, where the hypothesis was: The economic, social and family factors are influencing in fact the separation of civil marriage, type of applied research and descriptive, explanatory level, the method dogmatic, being the non-experimental design in cross shape, causal descriptive. The population consisted of 179 claims in the two family courts between 2006 and 2008 and 138 citizens who were involved in separation in fact being the technical data collection document analysis, the signing, surveys and instruments the registration cards and chips or location of documentation and research. The results concluded that the factors influencing the separation of fact are economic thing, family problems and suggests the view of the target population and the 69 demands of de facto separation, the opinion of respondents who indicate that factors They are economic, social and family with 56.9%, 32.5% and 10.6% respectively, indicating that these factors lead to marital breakdown.
